Operations Assistant
Urban Li'l offers design-led custom interior decor for kids, home, weddings, business & events. We are looking for a driven Operations Executive/Manager to join our team.
What will you do?
- Logistics Management
- Liaise with design and production team
- Post-production assembly
- Package items and label for courier's collection
- Courier co-ordination
- Administration
- Mark fulfill when orders are dispatched
- Manage order list via Google Sheets
- Coordinate self-collection items
- Follow up on clients' issues
- Stock Management
- Track stocks of packaging supplies and selection products and arrange for procurement
- Events/Commercial Management
- Prepare stocks for stockist, retailers and events
- Assist in setup, teardown, live customization events and workshops as necessary
What does it take?
- Creative and logical thinker
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to understand brief and convey with team
- Ability to think & work strategically, systematically, independently and as a team
- Proficiency in MS excel and/or google sheets
- Experience in e-commerce and knowledge of design processes will be added advantages
- Singaporeans and PRs only
- min. 4 days / week at Urban Li'l studio (18 Boon Lay Way)

Graphic Designer (Intern)
Urban Li'l offers design-led custom interior décor for kids, home, weddings, business & events. We are looking for a driven, creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team to conceptualise, design and create digital & social assets, orders, new collections, commission work and design projects.
What will you do?
- Conceptualise and design visual assets for digital (social media, website, newsletter, marketing & sales) and print (packaging, gift cards).
- Conceptualise and create new products (interior decor, wall decals and wallpaper) for festive and themed collections and our Disney Collection.
- Assist in our e-commerce operations through the creation of artwork with name customisation on our collection designs
- Manage collaborations and design projects through conceptualisation and design
- Content creation for Instagram such as visual content and videos creation for IG story and reels
What does it take?
- Diploma/Degree students/graduates in the field of Graphic Design or other design-related studies may be considered
- Prior experience with brands or graphic design studios is a plus
- A creative thinker with strong visual & technical skills and versed in design fundamentals with a grasp of color, type, hierarchy, balance, and typography.
- Passionate about e-commerce and all things social
- Ability to think & work strategically, systematically, independently and as a team
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required
- Photography & editing skills and experience with Shopify are advantageous
- 4 or 5 days / week at Urban Li'l studio (Singapore 609966)
